AI & Acceptable Use Policy

Version 1.0 · Effective 4 October 2026 · Last updated 4 October 2026

1. Scope

This policy applies to everything you upload, prompt, generate or share through Yoruvi. It is part of the Terms of Service.

2. Prohibited content and conduct

  • Child sexual abuse material or any sexualisation of minors — reported to the relevant authorities.
  • Exploitation or grooming of minors.
  • Non-consensual intimate imagery, sexualised depictions of real people without their consent, or sexual content involving real people who have not consented.
  • Unlawful pornography, stalking, harassment, doxxing, extortion or credible threats.
  • Impersonation or deceptive deepfakes of real people intended to mislead, defraud, harass or defame.
  • Fraud, scams, phishing, identity theft or fake evidence intended to deceive.
  • Content that incites violence, terrorism, hatred or discrimination against protected groups.
  • Malware, cyber abuse, biometric identification, surveillance, or attempts to bypass safety systems, rate limits or access controls.
  • Illegal disclosure of private data or serious criminal facilitation.
  • Infringement of intellectual property, publicity or privacy rights of others.
  • Unlawful content of any kind under the laws of England and Wales or your local law.

3. Real people, faces and likenesses

If a generation involves an identifiable real person's face, voice or likeness, you must be that person or have their permission for the generation and its intended use. Tools that can involve identity ask you to confirm this before submitting. Public-figure status alone does not remove rights. Lawful parody, satire, documentary and artistic uses may be permitted, but harmful deception and non-consensual intimate imagery are not. We may request evidence of permission if a legitimate complaint, legal issue or provider requirement arises.

4. Rights, elections and disclosure

Respect copyright, trade marks, privacy and personality rights, while recognising lawful exceptions such as criticism or parody where applicable. Do not create materially deceptive synthetic election or civic content used unlawfully to manipulate a process. Comply with legally required AI/deepfake disclosure and do not intentionally remove mandatory provenance or watermarks where law or provider terms prohibit it.

5. Enforcement

We may reject requests, warn, remove or restrict content, suspend or close accounts, preserve evidence and report unlawful activity to authorities. Providers may also reject content under their own policies; a provider rejection releases or refunds the held charge. You can appeal an enforcement decision at hi@yoruvi.com.

6. Reporting

To report content or conduct that breaches this policy, see the Rights & Takedown page or email hi@yoruvi.com.
