AI Content & Intellectual Property Policy
Version 1.0 · Effective 4 October 2026 · Last updated 4 October 2026
1. Nature of AI output
Output is generated by third-party AI models. It can be inaccurate, unexpected, or similar to output generated for others. You are responsible for reviewing output before using or publishing it.
2. Ownership
You retain your inputs. As between you and us, to the extent legally possible, we assign to you any transferable rights we may hold in output generated for you. We claim no ownership of your output. Lawful commercial use is permitted unless a clearly disclosed model- or tool-specific restriction applies. Copyright protection for purely AI-generated material varies by jurisdiction; others' copyright, trade marks, privacy and likeness rights may still apply. Private content stays private by default and is not used in our marketing without your permission.
3. Training data
We do not use private customer content to train Yoruvi-owned generative models. Where an AI provider offers training opt-out for private content, we configure or contract for it. Higgsfield API workspace training opt-out is enabled.
4. Responsible use and labelling
When you publish AI-generated content that could be mistaken for a real person, event or recording, you should disclose that it is AI-generated where required by law or platform rules. Do not present synthetic media of real people as authentic.
5. Moderation
Providers apply their own safety filters and may reject prompts or output. Rejections are shown to you with the reason where the provider supplies one, and the held charge is released or refunded.
