Version 1.0 · Effective 4 October 2026 · Last updated 4 October 2026

1. How to report

To report copyright, trade mark, privacy or likeness infringement, impersonation, non-consensual imagery, misuse involving minors or other unlawful content, email hi@yoruvi.com with the subject “Rights Complaint — Yoruvi” and include:

  • Your name and contact details.
  • A description of the content and where you saw it (a link or asset reference if you have one).
  • Why it infringes your rights or is unlawful, and any evidence you hold.
  • For IP reports: confirmation that you own the right or are authorised to act for the owner.
  • The resolution you request, and proof of authority where appropriate.

2. What happens next

We acknowledge reports, review them promptly, and may remove or restrict content while investigating, contact the account holder or provider, preserve evidence and suspend an account where appropriate. Where a report concerns a real person's likeness, we may ask the account holder for evidence of permission. Routine proof upload before every generation is not required. We may report unlawful content to the relevant authorities.

3. Disputing a removal

If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake, reply to our notice or emailhi@yoruvi.com with your explanation and any supporting evidence.
