Terms of Service

Yoruvi is operated by Dealtree Ltd (company number 14857148), a company registered in England and Wales with its registered office at 14/2E Docklands Business Centre, 10–16 Tiller Road, London E14 8PX, United Kingdom. You can contact us at hi@yoruvi.com. These Terms of Service govern your use of yoruvi.com and the Yoruvi service.

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• Yoruvi is not currently available in the EEA. Do not create an account, buy Balance or a plan, or generate while located in the European Economic Area (the EU, Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway). This restriction is based on location, not citizenship.
• You must provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in credentials secure.

Yoruvi lets you create and edit images and videos using third-party AI models. Generation is pay-as-you-go: you add funds to a prepaid Yoruvi Balance and each generation is charged against it. Optional Plus, Pro and Studio plans add storage and account features only — they never include generation credit, and no plan is required to generate. We may route requests to third-party providers, automatically select models, and change available tools. Output may be inaccurate, non-unique or unsuitable for public or commercial use without your review and any necessary clearance.

• Quoted generation prices are shown in US dollars before you commit. Models, tools, resolutions and durations may differ in price; price changes do not alter already-confirmed jobs. An estimate may precede the settled charge.
• If a generation fails or is rejected by a provider, the held amount is released or refunded to your Balance automatically.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Yoruvi does not store your full card details.
• Balance is prepaid credit usable only for Yoruvi services; it is not a bank account, does not earn interest, cannot be spent with unrelated merchants, and is not transferable or freely cash-withdrawable. Statutory refund rights remain.
• A technical failure attributable to Yoruvi or its providers should not permanently consume the relevant Balance. Disliking a technically successful result alone does not create a refund entitlement; statutory rights remain unaffected.

Nothing here limits non-excludable rights under UK consumer law. Where immediate digital supply and cancellation rules apply, we handle requests under those rules. Contact hi@yoruvi.com about unused Balance or a technical failure; we assess the circumstances and applicable law.

You retain your rights in the content you upload. As between you and us, and to the extent permitted by law, any transferable rights we hold in your output are assigned to you; we do not claim ownership of it. You may use output commercially unless a disclosed tool or model restriction applies. You grant us only the licence needed to host, process, send to providers, store, moderate, troubleshoot and comply with law. We do not guarantee output is copyrightable, unique or non-infringing. We do not use private content for marketing without permission, or train Yoruvi-owned generative models on it. The Higgsfield API workspace training opt-out is enabled.

You must have lawful authority for any real person's face, voice or likeness you submit or reproduce. Where a tool asks, you must be that person or have permission covering this generation and its intended use. We may request evidence after a legitimate complaint, legal issue or provider requirement; routine proof uploads are not required. Do not use Yoruvi for biometric identification or surveillance.

Your use of Yoruvi is subject to our AI & Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these terms. Breaching it may result in content removal, suspension or account closure.

Generated media is retained for a limited period (currently 30 days) unless you keep it under a plan that includes persistent storage. Uploaded reference media counts against your plan's storage allowance. When a paid plan ends, a grace period applies before kept media is scheduled for removal. Deleting media removes the stored bytes; transaction, ledger and audit records are retained as required by law. Deletion may not immediately remove copies from backup cycles, providers' transient storage or legal and security records; we do not promise a particular backup purge period.

The service is provided with reasonable skill and care. We do not guarantee that generated output will be suitable for any particular purpose, and AI output can be inaccurate or unexpected. For business customers, to the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability in a 12-month period is limited to fees that customer paid us for the service in that period; we exclude indirect or consequential business loss to the extent permitted by law. Nothing here excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under the law of England and Wales.

You can request account deletion at any time from your Account page. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms. On closure, your media is removed; payment, ledger and audit records are retained as required by law, and any remaining Balance is handled in accordance with applicable law. We may also suspend access for fraud, serious policy breaches, security risks, legal obligations or provider requirements caused by your conduct.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be signposted in the service or by email before they take effect. The version and effective date appear at the top of this page.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law gives you the right to bring proceedings in your home jurisdiction.
