Version 1.0 · Effective 4 October 2026 · Last updated 4 October 2026
1. What we use
- Strictly necessary: authentication session storage and security tokens that keep you signed in and protect your account. These are always on and do not require consent.
- Analytics (optional): Google Analytics, used to understand aggregate usage. This loads only if you accept analytics in the cookie banner or Cookie settings.
- Preference storage: a first-party cookie (yoruvi_consent) that remembers your privacy choices for 180 days.
- Functionality and marketing: optional categories requiring consent if technologies are introduced; this does not mean marketing trackers currently run.
2. Your choices
You can accept all, reject non-essential, or manage preferences at any time from the Cookie settings link in the footer. Rejecting analytics stops the Google Analytics script from loading entirely — no analytics requests are made before consent. Withdrawing consent later removes the script and clears the associated cookies.
3. Third-party requests
Google Analytics 4 is the optional analytics technology when a measurement ID is configured. Google Fonts may receive browser requests to deliver the site's typefaces. We do not currently use advertising or cross-site marketing trackers.
